At See Mos, we don’t just sell sea moss — we're creating a brand that's focused on holistic wellness, culture, and care.

Born from a desire to reconnect people to the Earth and their health, See Mos is a family-owned business rooted in St. Lucian tradition and grounded in purpose. What started as a passion for healing has grown into a movement built on transparency, regeneration, and ancestral wisdom.

We believe nature provides everything we need — and that wellness should be as real and raw as the ocean itself.

Our signature tagline isn’t just a saying — it’s our process.

We work directly with our trusted sea moss family farmers in St Lucia who harvest from the island’s pristine waters. From there, we blend in small batches of gel or capsules so we can deliver right to your door!
