Sea Moss Vegan Pancakes Recipe

Believe me, these will become your new favorite for breakfast or whenever you desire breakfast for dinner you can wip up this warm, comforting, and entirely plant-based.

Ingredients Required
1 cup of flour (choose from all-purpose, whole wheat, or gluten-free)
2 teaspoons of aluminum-free baking powder
¼ teaspoon of fine sea salt
Optional: ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 cup of non-dairy milk
1½ tablespoons of sugar or maple syrup
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil, olive oil, or plant-based butter (we used coconut oil and avacado butter)
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
Nonstick spray, oil, or vegan butter for cooking
Steps to Pancake Perfection
Whisk the dry: flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using).
Mix the wet: milk, sweetener, oil, and vanilla.
Combine gently: stir until just mixed—lumps are okay!
Cook: Heat skillet, grease lightly, and cook ¼-cup scoops until bubbly, then flip.
Serve & enjoy: Stack high with maple syrup, berries, or coconut whipped cream.
