How do you prepare the gel?
We carefully wash and soak the raw sea moss overnight in lemon and water. We then re-rinse and blend with equal parts alkaline water. We do not cook our sea mos nor add heat to it providing best nutritional profile to you.
Do I need to soak this gel?
No. It arrives prepared for use. Follow the package directions for use and refrigeration.
